Hello from KCMO. I've been lurking and thinking Model #3 to do large smokes and foodsaver the leftovers. After waiting for a while for them to start and reading all the experiments people have been doing, I've decided the Lazy Q method should lead to more smokes rather than larger ones and just ordered my #2. Guess I'll have to cut my briskets/ribs now but I can certainly live with that.
LOL, nah even I can get tired of it eventually....then it's time to make brisket or ribs! Not sure I could get tired of smoked meat (try a skillet scramble or breakfast burrito with your pulled pork if you haven't already)
