Has anyone else had issues with the thermostat? I'm using a maverick  to check Temps in the unit and it does not reach the temp that I set my smoker to.  When I set to 225 it went up as high as 214 and low of 196.  When I set to 250 the highest it gets to is 241 and low of 225.  Temperature...
