    i just got my wood today and used one chunk at 225 for 5 hours on 2 slabs of baby backs saw almost no smoke when i cleaned out the wood box  most of the wood was unused even the bottom of the wood was still fresh looking ribs were still tender almost no smoke taste do i need to let this wood dry...

    3D

    i have a 3D which is awesome but my last smoke was 2 racks of baby backs set at 235 for 5hrs the smoker kept  running to 5.2  and didnt shut off the meat probe shuts off at the proper temp not a huge deal but any help would be great thanks

    Anyone have the maverick et733 thinking of buying it but I have read some bad reviews and read some really good ones one guy said if you get the wire part wet it won't work that can't be true thanks for any help

    1rst time jerky

    hi i have 7lb top round roast cut thin to make jerky with i used hi country original seasoning put the meat in 2 1 gallon zip lock bags overnight in the fridge i have 3d model i have jerky dryer im not sure about temps and time or how to use the dryer just got the smoker and have never made...

    pork butt

    im making a 7lb pork butt that i put in at 8am (235) its now 11 am  internal temp according to the auber is 141does that sound normal after only 3hrs

    hi im a new member just got a 3d smoker and cart i made my first 2 racks of ribs just with rub (225 5 hours no wrapping ) no sauce they were awesome but my wife likes them falling off the bone so my question is does anyone wrap there ribs if so what time and temp do you guys use by the way this...
