    Jerky without fan

    Hi Justin, I don't have the jerky fan either. In the year+ of making jerky in my 3D I haven't opened the door ever. I run the temp at 155F with either dry rub or wet sauce/marinade. ~6 hours per session.

    First jery is great

    New here with a #3.5D. Eye round roast cut up for jerky and homemade rub applied. I used my dehydrator racks as they are tighter.
