[/img]I did a 12 jerk pulled pork shoulder the other day and it wasn't too smokey. I have been noticing my smokinlicious blocks aren't burning well. Is there something wrong? Is it because I use a chip screen? Any thoughts?

I have to burn through 4 or 5 pds of chips before I get some chunks. Do you need to add more chips by weight than chunks... I gather you should use foil... But not like a pack... Right? So it's open.. Like a boat in the smoke box. Should I soak half to get smoke later. Doing a 12 pds...
