Sorry for not posting a lot, but I've had my SI3 for over a year and love it. Also, forgive me if I screw this up, since it's my first time trying this Here is my smoked bluefish. I used the Totem's recipe. They came out excellent and delicious.

Hello forum.  Well I finally pulled the trigger and bought the smokin-it 3.  I have smoked with the Little Chief, Weber smoker and currently the Char Griller with a side box. I don't do a lot of smoke cooking because of the inconvenience.  Can't wait to use the new electric smoker when it comes...
