    Firebox hinge pins seam to have failed

    Hi All, My firebox's hinge "pins" are gone so now the hinge no longer hold the cover on.  Anyone have this before?  Any ideas for a fix?

    Wood chunks question.

    Getting ready for my first smoke in my #2and have boated 2 chunks Apple and 2 chunks hickory at 3.1 oz of wood.    Just does not seem like enough for 2 racks (baby back and spareribs).  Just want to make sure I am ok with what I have prepped.  Thanks.

    Hello from Wisconsin.  I conditioned my brand new #2 yesterday.  All ready for an inaugural run with baby backs and spare ribs tomorrow before the snow and the following below zero high temps next week.
