    Door popping open on model 1

    Hey! I am new to Smokin-it.  I ran into an issue last night while smoking  ribs.  The door was very difficult to close and actually popped open a couple times about 4.5 hours in.  Now I am a newbie and am probably checking too much, but my thermometer is coming tomorrow.  However I am concerned...
