    Just got my #4D

    Went to the warehouse and picked it up on Saturday.  Got it seasoned on Sunday and now waiting on having enough time to give it a workout.  In addition to the regular stuff (brisket, butts, ribs...) I am looking forward to using this thing for bacon, jerky and sausages.  I have done them before...
