    First cook #2 St Louis ribs & 5lb chicken combo cook w/4oz chunk wild cherry  at 235-240 degrees, w/water pan 4 hours chicken to 165it 5 hours ribs finish with homemade bbq sauce! Turned out great !  Looking forward to smoking seafood . Ken
