What is the general census on fitting a whole packer brisket in a 2D size smoker?  Can I get a smaller sized brisket to fit, assuming a bit of trimming and maybe putting it in at an angle?  I don't want to have to cut my brisket into 2 pieces, but the 3D won't fit under my counter. Thanks.
