Looking for some recipes without the sugar. Newbie here.. don't laugh. Wife can't eat sugar.

Just got my number 1. Very little experience smoking. Years grilling and trying to smoke with the little cast iron box on my gas grill.  Looking forward to finally doing some real smoking.
