    First smoke!

    Smoked 3 briskets/burnt ends, 3 Boston butts & 1 chicken overnight. All came out great! Brined & rubbed all, used a water pan. Also used the Bella- had plenty of smoke flavor. I probably had 75 lbs of meat in it; took 2 hrs to get to 200 degrees. I'm really happy with the results.

    new 4d

    Hey all, I just received my new 4d & am burning it in right now. There is some smoke escaping at the top of the door- is that normal? Thanks

    New from South GA

    Got my new 4D today & I was appalled at the horrendous quality.....of the wrench included with the smoker! ;D Seriously, everything looks top notch, including the packaging. Currently burning it in, can't wait for first smoke!
