    Houston, we have a problem...

    Prepped ribs last night, placed them in the 3D.  Went to set the PID and all I get is flashing.  No matter what button I push cannot get anything to work to set the temp.  Any help / ideas? Gonna have to buy a new panel or smoker? Thanks

    smoked prime rib

    shout out to DivotMaker and Prime Rib Roast from Dec 22, 2015.  Did this for Christmas and turned out great.  1st run at a cut like this and was delicious.  2nd day was even better as the smoke flavor was awesome.  Thanks for posting it.

    wood chip smoker box

    Greetings, all.  Purchased a wood chip smoker box from a local retailer.  Was pleased to find it fit in the Smokin-It smoker box until I tried to shut the box.  Too tall.  Any concerns that there would be a gap as the lid will not close fully?  Thanks for your expertise.

    1st attempt spare ribs

    Any tips / suggestions as I prep for 1st rib smoke in 3D?  4 racks about 13 lbs.  In fridge with olive oil and rub overnight.  Approximate time?  Apple juice in smoker?  Spray periodically?  Thanks for anything you wish to throw my way.  Jeff
