    Maverick Problems

    When I start the smoke the temp reads fine. Somewhere around 140 the reading on my Maverick is LLL. Anyone else have this problem?

    Deer Sausage Making Advice Needed

    I acquired some deer meat today and I am going to make some summer sausage. This will be my first in the #3. Anyone have any tips? I thought I read somewhere on this forum that they used the jerky dryer while smoking the sausage. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

    Chicken Temp

    This is my second smoke with my new #3. My remote for the sensor in the meat alarms at 180 however; I thought I seen others say the chicken is done at 170. What should the temp be? Thanks in advance

    Pulled the Trigger in Ohio

    Just ordered model #3. Had a smoke hollow and it worked great for a couple of years. I wanted something that would last and after all the reviews I have read in the last three months I ordered the Model #3, Can't wait to get started.
