    I recently purchased the #3 and dip 1500. I have used it 2 times. The first time with a pork butt without using the dip. I used my Maverick to check meat and smoker temps. I ran it at 250 but the Mav never got higher than 237. Switching to my other Mav gave the same results but I figured the dip...

    Problems with reaching company

    I called on Friday, Sept 19th and again today. I left messages both times and called several times today and have not been able to reach anyone. Is the office closed on Fridays and Mondays?     #3 Smoker

    Thinking of purchasing a smoke-it #3 for smoking sausages and a brisket now and than. How low a temp will it produce smoke at? I need a smoker that will run at 165. Thanks in advance.
