Apple and cherry wood smoked pulled pork, bacon, and beans in a zesty/spicy BBQ sauce 250 for three hours. Damn good!!!
12 lbs pork shoulder injected and rubbed. Wrapped for 10 hours and on the smoker for an overnight cherry wood smoke. New Year's Day pulled pork.

Injected Saturday evening and rested overnight. 4:30 am rubbed down on the smoker with cherry and apple wood at 5:30 am. Mopped every two hours. Foil wrapped after 10 hours another 3 hours hit 195 rewrapped and in a cooler to rest. Unwrapped glazed and back in the smoker for an hour. 13.5 hours...
