    So I've done three smokes in my #3D so far. Ribs, snack sticks and whole chicken. The ribs rocked. I used the basic 225 to an IT of 195. Stellar. The snack sticks were lower temperature, had five different temps, four time parameters with the final step based on IT. Took three minutes to program...

    Using Bradley pucks

    I have a bunch of pucks left over from my now defunct Bradley and I was wondering if anyone has an idea of how to use them. My thought was to stack them two high and place on foil. Thoughts? Suggested quantities?

    Hello from Idaho!

    Hey all! My new #3D I ordered to replace my aging Bradley showed up yesterday. The seasoning smoke just finished and the first run with a rack of ribs happens tomorrow. I already love this smoker and look forward to years of use. Jim
