So last night i did my 1st smoke on my new 3D. Used my plan recipe of coating with olive oil then dusting with garlic powder, cavenders greek seasoning and cayenne pepper. No digital scale yet but used 2 blocks that came with the grill in foil boats. At 225F it took 1 1/2 hours to get to 145F...
Just got my new 3D and have it seasoned, 2 chunks burned to ash and one to charcoal, so I figured to use foil boats based on reading other posts. 1st smoke this weekend will be with whatever meat looks best at the store.
