Got the smoker full, with the last of the salmon I had from Lake Michigan, now it seems it warmed up to fast and the maples Are not dripping much. Does anyone else tap trees? Smokin it, Boiling sap, brewing beer it's all gonna happen at the same time!!! (Someday)

Yeah is was around -15 last week. Well got 2 turkey breasts from last years hunt. Just threw together a dry rub, going on the smokin it 2 tomorrow. So, I've only smoked whole turkeys with a wet brine overnight. I'm thinking turn knob to 200 and smoke till 160 and wrap foil. Any other suggestions...

Got the #2 unpacked today, just minor issues,scratch on temp gauge Some surface rust on door drip. Any one else seen this, I could just be to Picky. I'm in manufacturing and try to ship parts clean. Other then that it looks great! My first electric, had a propane 5 years.
