New member here from Pensacola Florida, hoping to get me a new smoker (waiting on Steve-Big Red) to upgrade from my Cookshack sm025. Let me just say that the cookshack smoker is pretty awesome and will built and produces great results, but looking at the smokin-it smokers and reading the reviews...
