    Hello, I'd like to make some pulled beef for sandwiches (similar to pulled pork) on my 3D. I'm wondering if anyone's ever done this and what cut I should use?     Resting in smoker?

    I see that when making pulled pork, if it finishes early some people let it sit in the smoker at 140F-145F for a while and then wrap it in foil and put it in a cooler for an hour or more. I understand the idea is to distribute the juices during the rest but I'm wondering if you're letting it...
