    Cant get smoke below 180

    Ive tried chips, chunks and pellets. What am I missing here? I get some smoke but all it does is turn the lump into charcoal. Temps have been verified.

    First attempt, my Portagee wife liked the pre-smoked sample. Shes been smoking for a few hours.

    Another Model 3 on the way

    New here, been using our Primo XL for a few years but wanted to get into lower temp smokes and sausage making, the model 3 will fit very nice with the Primo. Cant wait till it arrives!
