    Is there a deference in flavor when smoking with bark on the wood compared to bark off. I use mostly Post Oak or Hickory.

    removable probe on rear of smoker

    I have a model 3 and wsd 1200gph auber. Would it be possible to have a insulated hole all the way through the back of the smoker with a hole the size of a temp. probe. During the smoke it would act as a permanent probe, but easily removed for cleaning and dry storage.

    heat element aliment off by 1/2 inch on model 3

    is there any way to align the heat element on a model 3 It off about 1/2 inch and so is the holder for the wood tray
