Second time using my Christmas present! Tried a burger mix made with 80 % beef, Jack Daniels, Coke and spices. Smoked an hr at 225with hickory then flash grilled to add texture.... DELICIOUS!

Greetings to all! I was a chef for 15 yrs and just really started smoking in the past 4. I'm so addicted I search my fridge constantly for things to smoke! Ha....I threaten to smoke my kids pancakes! Gonna season up my baby today and take it for a smoke show ride later in the week! woo...
