I must say, this will be happening again in my near future... I made two different styles. One more of a Texas Style (salt & pepper) and the other was like brisket burnt ends. Both were amazing. If you haven't attempted this yet,... what are you waiting for?
when you install and use the auber, I assume you plug in the smoker into the back of the auber and turn the dial on the smoker to allow the auber to control the temperature? is that correct?
