Hi Guys, I stumbled across the "Smokin-It" when searching for articles on electric smokers.  These look very interesting, and I am somewhat like Ron (below) in that I am looking for a new smoker. The difference is I do a great deal of smoking both on a Weber Genesis gasser and a Weber bullet...
