Anybody else have these issues? Both mine do. I noticed it on my #2 because it leaked and then looked at my #1 and same thing. For what these cost this shouldn’t be right.

How much jerky can I hang in a model 1? I was thinking maybe 4-5 pound of meat? If anyone has any idea it’s greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Anybody have issues with the heating element or thermostat? Mines brand new and my box temp won’t get over 200 degrees even on high?
