    Amount of wood you’re using?

    I’ve been using a 3D for many many many years and use approx 12oz for pulled pork. I’ve finally got my used analog 4 working and I’m wondering how much wood the 4 needs vs a 3. I’m assuming more do to the increased volume, but curious what y’all have found. Thanks!

    Smoking store bought sliced bacon?

    Buddy bought a bunch of thick sliced bacon and wants me to smoke it for a party. I looked through these posts and didn't see any non-pork belly smoking procedures. Suggestions? Time, Temp, oz of wood? I ordered a 12" smoking tube to maybe try cold smoking it.

    24 butts in July ... that's a record for me ... and I'm tired :)

    Between July 4th, an all-staff party, and a men's cookout at church ... I've done 24 9-10lb butts in my 3D in the month of July.     3.75lbs steelhead. Cut it up first?

    First attempt at fish. Costco was out of brisket so decided to give this a try. Should I cut it into smaller chunks before dry brining?

    Used 3D price?

    I need to upgrade to a 3.5 or 4D and wondering what y'all think a reasonable price for my 3D w/ cover would be? It's been awesome and housed indoors when not smoking...and within the past year, I use it inside my garage venting into an old wood stove flue (I have a post somewhere on the setup) :-)
