It looks like most of the members here have the Anova.  Anyone have any real world experience with Joule's sv?  If so, any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I'm planning to do my first baby back smoke.  Looking to do 235 for approximately 5 - 5.5 hours.  At the 4 hour mark I was planning to take them out to baste and then put them back for the last hour or so.  My question is this.  If I set the timer for 4 hours will the unit turn off at that mark...

Delivered. Unpacked. The seasoning process has begun.  Very slight changes at set point of 250 degrees (+/- 3).
