My power light indicator only stays on when the element turns on then turns off during a cook when the element is idle. Is that normal or should it be on all the time when in use even when the element is not heating? It's not a big deal just curious.

It looks like smokin-it is currently throwing in a cover and cord hook w/ purchase of any of their smokers. If I order the smoker will they just automatically send the hook and cover or do I need to order them and later get a refund?
