    RTIC vs YETI

    Thanks to the tip on the RTIC sale. 1st thoughts on this since my RTIC 45 arrived (65's sold out when I looked).  I have a Yeti 20 with top handle for compare.  Finish on the RTIC is not as crisp as the YETI.  Plastic at spots was scratched.  You could tell it was from Mfg and not...

    Pit Beef vs Brisket

    My wife picked up some pit beef today from our fav BBQ joint in Maryland.  Personally I though it would be some sort of pulled shredded style, but looks like a nice Arbys slice. This place also sells brisket the same way, sliced and nice.  Texture of the Pit beef seems less fatty vs brisket...

    Pulled pork nachos w shrimp butter

    I should have put on more shrimp butter! Left over pulled pork Rotelle tomatoes, drained Sliced Olives Shrimp butter Taco Cheese Red onion chopped Nacho chips, thin and baked Cook till it looks done!  Broil if you wish too.

    Ok, I'm not your doctor but this is delish................... 1 can rinsed small shrimp 1/4 minced onion Small amount dash lemon juice 1 1/2 stick butter 8 oz cream cheese 4 tablespoons mayo Let get to room temp, mix w hand beater. Serve or dip in/on toast. Merry Christmas!

    Smoked Pulled Chopped Turkey Nachos

    Another hit with leftover. In no order or measurement. Fine cut smoked turkey (about 2 cups in that pile!) Nachos 3 mexi cheese bagged white caso refried beans red onion thin tomatos fresh fresh basil olives Bake for about 15 mins at 330 deg and finish broiler for 4 or 5 mins A good hit!
