    1st smoke on the 3 has started.

    My smoker was delivered and got it all seasoned up yesterday. I started my first cook (Spare Ribs) at 12:15 today (wanted to get started at 12 but took a little longer to set up then I give time for). I hope 2.5 oz of wood is enough it does not look like much.

    Been researching for a while and looking at the model 3. It will be replacing a dead 40” masterbuilt. I have been through 2 masterbuilts in the last 6 years so it unreasonable to expect the 3 to last 6 years? If later I want to add the PID and use a bypass switch will that void the warranty? I...

    Using a full size pan in the smoker?

    Can I use a full size pan the 3 below the meat without impede the smoke and heat flow?

    temperature variation

    I am considering purchasing a 3 and have a question about the temperature variations from front to back and bottom rack to top rack? Is there much variation?
