My 3D arrived about 2 weeks ago. Since then I've done a pork butt, whole chicken, and turkey breast. All turned out great. I didn't want to wait an extra day to brine the butt, so I just injected it. Since the chicken and turkey were already injected with a solution, I didn't do anything to them...

I finally bit the bullet and ordered a 3D with WIFI. I started smoking on a offset grill/smoker I built 20 years ago. Got lazy and went to chip boxes on Weber gas grill, so I could at least control temp easily and not tend a fire. I was never satisfied with the flavor. So I'm seasoning my 3D now...
