I have a 3D and some drumsticks (the words of an addict lol) so was wondering if anyone has smoked drumsticks at 325? Get the smoke and the Skin crispy at the same time?
Gonna smoke some jerky this weekend. What temp and how log. Will be using round eye. I don't have the Jerky fan but I do have a good dehydrator I can move the Jerky to to finish it off. Any help would be great!
thinking about cold smoking some sea salt and cheese in my 3D. Is there anything special I need? I saw they have a cooling plate, but wasnt sure if I just set the 3D to the lowest temp and let it go if I would be fine.
