    31 degrees out and snowing here in Washington state. Fallowing the lazy-Q recipe. NO Peeking used 5 1/2 oz Cherry wood total cook time 6 hrs. My new smoker did an amazing job in the cold.     Behold the addition to the family

    So this is the smoker. So I was eyeballing the 3.5D with WiFi. But low and behold my wife of all people told me to go after the 4D WiFi  model. Her words not mine. { the 3.5 looks like a whimpering child } get the 4D so happy Valentine’s Day to me from my beautiful wife.
