Smokinlicious Hickory Filet 4oz 250 till internal temp 167 3.5 lb breast x 2. Wegmans pre-brined Used poultry rub low salt Smells incredible.  Wrapped in foil, wrapped in towels.  In cooler for 1 hour rest. 

New to smoking.  I have Model #1 and looking forward to my first smoke this week.  Just orders some wood from Smokinlicious (alder, cherry and hickory).    going to try some tried and true salmon recipes and go from there.  Great Products and Great Community is why i bought my Smokin-it.
