    Smoked Salmon

    I have searched the group before posting.. Looking to smoke salmon today. What is the pre program for F1 & F2? All the others show temps. Thanks, Ray

    2D PID Issue

    The PID read out isn't showing the whole number. Some of the bars are missing. Is there a reset button or something I'm missing? I tried to take a picture but they flash and the camera won't pick it up. Now the green light won't stay on and losing temp. Thanks, Ray
