    Re-tuning PID for use with the jerky fan

    I made a batch of jerky the other weekend and with the jerky fan attached and the smoker set to 180 F, the temp would swing up to as high as 210 F.  I would remove the fan and it would stabilize at 180 +-3F quickly and would hold it well.  But as soon as the fan was put back into place the PID...

    Hi, I'm looking at getting a 3D (probably wifi) and I had a couple questions about some accessories, namely the pre-drilled door and the jerky drier. Is is possible to purchase a new 3D wifi smoker and have the pre-drilled door installed before it is shipped out?  Would that change the total...
