Hello From Earlville, NY Looking to buy an Electric Smoker and install in my Basement. I had been looking at Smokin Tex , Cookshack , and Pro-smoker. Then I found Smokin it. Any thoughts or concerns? Do any of you use this for roasting with no smoke?
