    Hey all, finally got around to signing up for the forum, I've had my analog Smoking-it 2 since early June(early B-day and Fathers Day gift) and have loved every minute of it. I've done 4 butts, baby backs, SL ribs, potatoes, and finally the "dreaded" brisket and everything has been just perfect...
