Well it took FedEx 13hrs from the time my #2 was loaded for local delivery. Had to do the ribs on the Landmann, since I needed four hours to season. So my first "meat" smoke will be a pork butt starting Saturday night. This forum was the selling point for my getting a Smokin-It smoker.
