Just put a t-bone on to soak for 5 hours @ 135. It was seasoned with Tony's Cajun spice and real butter. Before pics below, finished pics later.

Four NY strips about to take a 4 hour swim. Temp @ 135. Seasoned with kosher salt and coarsely ground black pepper with a pat of real butter for each steak. Will report back with results later.

How many watts is your anova rated at? There is one for sale on amazon that is 800 watts for 167.99 then one for 900 watts for 199.00. Both have wifi capability. The 800 watt says discontinued. Thanks
