    Has anyone ever tried brining their brisket?  If so, how did that work out?

    Another Cleaning ?

    I am a newbie so I am trying to get this figured out.  I get quite a bit of build up on the door right in front of the smoke box and also in back of the smoke box.  Should I be cleaning this heavy build up after each smoke?
