    Celery product vs tender quick for faux smoke ring

    Question on auber

    I am trying to set up auber for a brisket program.  Its a GPH1500 stand along Auber.  Probe is mounted in the box and one drop in. I turn it on and it is displaying the two temps.  I push set.  It displays C01 which I changed to 225.  I push set again and it goes back to displaying the two...
