For the most part, where we live the temps are moderate, but with a fair amount of rain. (maybe 15 inches a year) So I built a cover for my outdoor cooking and smoking.

After many years of smoking on my Louisiana Pellet Smoker, it died (don't tell my wife I had a big smile on my face) I stepped up and ordered a Smokin-it #2 with Jerky Drier. I think It might make it here by Christmas.
