If I wanted to set my Auber to cook at 225 for 10 hrs , will this be the way it would look like? C1- 225 E1- t-1 10 C2- o C3-0 C4-0 C5-0 C6-0

Guys does anyone have the settings for the Auber on ribs, Boston butt, chicken, and such? For an SI  3 , read a post on here but can’t find it anywhere, you know c1 time c2 temp, and such. Thanks Coyote 👋

Got my new Auber in today with the in box probe but no meat probe ,sent them an email haven’t heard back yet, hope I will Coyote Thought it come with both? Oh and no instructions came with it? CD I though would come with it but didn’t, and Auber sort of just lose in a usps box?? Guess I’ll...

Thinking about getting one, one question, my power sometimes blips off at the house for short time , less than a min., after I set this up and start cooking if power goes off and comes right back on will I have to reset the pid ? Or will it still be set to start working again? Thanks

Hey cooking two butts, about 4lbs each, is it = 8 lbs time wise, or 4lbs time wise on cook time ? Like 1.5 hrs per pound Or so. Thanks

Had my si2 a few weeks now , got 2 slabs of ribs , on one day , great :) then 2 chicken half, okay, then a 4.5 lb. prime rib , really good,  :) I do like this thing ! This is the first smoker I have had and it's nice, thanks guys for so much infor. In these forums, ,
