    How to set Auber to use Temp only

    Hey guys I need help. Last year I found a way to set the controller to be set at temperature only. In other words set at 250 and it stays there until you turn it off. Can any one refesh my bad memory where this setting is on the Auber. It takes all the programs out of use. Thank You

    Tried to use smoker today on a straight 250 degrees until meat reached 195 via thermometer reading. Everytime I set it the screen reverts to both screens saying end and beeping and no heat in smoker what do I do ?

    Sausage Fatty

    I have my 2 D about 3 months I've success with some and failure with others. Today I did a sausage fatty wrapped in bacon stuffed with fresh mozzarella . Smoked for 3.5 hrs at 240 came out fantastic.

    Length of time getting up to temperature

    I have used my 2D four times now. Today in doing a pork loin which was at room temperature when I put it in. It has been an hour and the smoker is still not up to Temp. After 1 hour if has only made it to 210.  Is this normal or should I contact The company. Thanks

    2 Starting times

    I'm smoking a spiral ham and 2-4 chuck roast. From what I can determine the Ham will take around 10 hrs. And the chuck roast around 6 -8. Would it be appropriate to start the ham with cherry wood then 4hrs or so hrs later put hickory in for the chuck roast if not what do you suggest.
