This 2d is my first electric smoker.I've  always been old school  offset  stick burner! I'm  impressed I  did first smoke last weekend ,pork butt out side temp 18 degrees box held 220 steady 15 hrs 10 lb butt!Most impressive to me 8 oz of wood !
