    Smokinlicious Chunks, How Big?

    Hi all, based on alot of good reviews of Smokinlicious I bought a box of Ash, Maple & hickory.  I see they chunks are about 2"x2"X4", what I'm wondering is if these are too big for the SI2?  Should they be cut down first (2x1x4, or 2x2x2)?  Going to give them a try tomorrow on some spare ribs...

    21 Hours to Smoke Pork Butt???

    Accuracy After Tuning?

    Hello.  I've tuned my Auber a couple of times using the methods outlined on the site.  However, I still see a +/- 7* temp swing.  Is this normal?  I thought they are advertised to hold +/- 1*?
